This is absolutely necessary. I manage a house for 16 persons. Setting price per guest is actually a way to remind guests that the number matters. If not, guests tend to not worry about the number and a hide that can welcome 16 ends up up with 30 guests. I also cannot match wha I am doing in the other platforms. This is an emergency.
Hospitable clearly advertises that it covers 3 platforms but it is not true until Booking settings can be COMPLETELY replicated in Hospitable

This is an essential tool to keep any booking worthwhile.
This is the only PMS that does not assist with BDC extra guest fees, really disappointed.
We have received about 15 bookings on one property in two days because this feature doesn't exist, the property is now too cheap. We cannot continue without this basic feature.

In one case the owner of 6 houses I manage has two septic tanks. The cost for emptying these tanks is super high.
So, the question how many people are showering and "sh*tt*ng" is ultra important for us because this is the biggest cost.
And at the same time no guest wants to pay more than needed. In that one case it's 1-6 guests, soon I'll have 1-10 guests houses. So I must adjust the price according to the amount of guests. No way around this. Thankfully so far I managed to setup these fees in one first test on top of the standard rate on booking.com after all was setup here. But I'm not sure if this won't become a problem later, some sync issues might arise maybe.
This has the upper most highest priority right now

how can you open an additional room in your house and charge more for it without this feature. Its pretty common practice these days. Appreciate a work around where I can charge a base rate for 4 then additional for the 5th and then 6th guest
