Hi,
I’d like to submit a feature request for Hospitable to support PriceLabs Length of Stay (LOS) Pricing through the PriceLabs integration.
PriceLabs already offers LOS pricing, which allows property managers to adjust the nightly rate depending on how many nights a guest books. However, this customization does not appear to be available when PriceLabs is connected through Hospitable.
A very important use case for us would be the ability to charge a premium for one-night reservations.
For example:
1-night stay: +30%
2-night stay: +10%
3+ nights: Standard PriceLabs dynamic rate
One-night reservations create nearly the same operational workload and turnover costs as longer reservations, while generating significantly less revenue. I would still like to make one-night stays available—particularly to maximize occupancy and fill calendar gaps—but only when the nightly rate makes the reservation worthwhile.
PriceLabs already has the functionality to accomplish this. What appears to be missing is Hospitable's support for receiving and distributing those LOS pricing adjustments through the integration.
Ideally, PriceLabs could send Hospitable:
Dynamic nightly rate + minimum-stay requirement + LOS pricing adjustment
Hospitable would then pass the appropriate LOS pricing to supported booking channels.
This would be particularly valuable for professional property managers because it would allow us to accept shorter reservations without having to artificially increase prices across the entire calendar or create complicated discount workarounds.
Since PriceLabs has already built the LOS pricing functionality, I would love to see Hospitable expand its PriceLabs integration to support it.
Thank you!
Melissa
