Support Regional Payment Providers for Direct Booking Widget

Problem Statement:

• Businesses in countries where Stripe is unavailable (e.g., Indonesia) cannot use the Direct Booking Widget at all
• Online payments are mandatory for Direct Booking, and "Request to Book" without a payment provider is not available
• Guests cannot submit booking requests when no supported payment method is connected

Current Workaround:

• Hosts must create Manual Bookings instead of using Direct Booking, which doesn't integrate with the website widget

Impact:

• Hosts in non-Stripe countries are locked out of using Hospitable's Direct Booking feature entirely
• They must rely on manual booking processes outside the platform
• Limits Hospitable's accessibility to a global audience

Proposed Solution:

• Add support for regional payment providers (e.g., Xendit, Midtrans, PayMongo, Razorpay)
• OR allow Direct Booking in a true "Request to Book" mode without requiring an online payment provider, enabling hosts to collect payment manually after confirming reservations

Unlock:

• Hosts in countries without Stripe access can use Direct Booking with local payment methods or manual collection
• Expands Hospitable's usability to businesses worldwide
