Support Same Day ACH for Teammate Payouts

Currently, teammate payouts via ACH take 3-5 business days to arrive. This is outdated compared to current banking technology. Same Day ACH is very common and widely supported across the vast majority of U.S. banks and credit unions for business and consumer transactions, frequently used for same-day bill pay and vendor disbursements.

The request is for Hospitable to implement Same Day ACH transfers so that teammates (such as housekeepers) receive their payments much faster. If Hospitable's current bank of record does not support Same Day ACH, it is requested that Hospitable expand to a US bank that does in order to remain competitive and reduce the financial strain on teammates.

Additionally, considering Hospitable is prefunding by debiting the bank account of the host or owner several days prior to the task date, there is no risk involved, and it is expected that Hospitable fund the teammate on the task date.
