Support unsolicited special offers from hosts to extend current/future stay

Our property normally has a 30-day minimum. We are now in a state where a guest booked min-month for 30 days, checking out Jun 20. The next reservation won’t start until Aug 1, leaving us 11 days we’d like to fill, even though it’s shorter than our standard 30-day minimum. We proactively sent the guest a message with a special offer to extend their stay through the end of the month for a flat rate. AirBnB’s form for changing a reservation doesn’t support this use case; they’re requiring me to confirm with the guest in the app, then contact tech support with a screenshot of the guest’s agreement and they will manually make the adjustment.

This seems like such a common use case. Please support it across all OTAs, plus Direct.
