As a temporary fix Hospitable should send a message directing users to view the video in Airbnb

Multiple times guests have sent questions about something and included a video and we had no idea because we manage messaging in Hospitable and it has caused issues

Only reason this doesn’t have more upvotes is that most users don’t know that Airbnb recently rolled it out.

Yes, please. So many instances where guest need to show us something we need to provide instruction. We also send videos of the Airbnb unit before each arrival after it has been freshly cleaned for the guest. We have to upload these to YouTube and send a link currently.
