Surface Other Hospitable Users in Messaging.
Goes without saying that multiple users might respond to Host queries at any given time. The message box should show icon Who Else is on the message and if they are typing. Just like happens in other messaging services.

Unified Help Messages
Being able to see the current and other team members HELP queues and messages that are in the works.
The ability to take over messages back and fourth if the team was to go on break or on their offs.

Hi, Bowerstays, this feature should be live for you. From the Inbox list view, you should see the avatars of other users that are in conversations, and within a specific conversation thread, you should see the name and avatar of anyone else in the conversation above the text input box. Let me know if you aren’t seeing that and we’ll investigate!
