Task based messaging to guests - ie "Mowing will happen Thursday, let us know if that is a problem"

Would love to see the ability to have a message to a guest letting them know that task will occur on a particular day between a specific time. I'm thinking we are about to enter mowing system. I think it would cool if a notice could go out a few days before that says, "Our landscaper will be mowing on Monday between 1pm and 5pm. Be aware they will be on the property and there will be mowing occurring in both the back and front yard. Please let us know if there are any issues with this time that we need to work around, we will do our best to accommodate, but understand we are not in full control of their schedule"

I could see this beneficial for pest control, fertilization, repair work, etc.

It might need to be considered something different than a traditional task - for instance it might need to be what is the date window a task might occur within and are there specific time frames the task might occur within. Fertilization tends to be within a couple week time frame and be dependant on weather for example.
