Task notes preview in calendar view for assigned tasks

Display associated NOTES with mouse hover or in the task preview pane

When viewing tasks in the tasks calendar, it would be helpful to see a preview of the task notes in the assigned task with a mouse hover.

Right now, you have to open each task in edit view to read the notes. This is clunky and requires multiple clicks and screens to load.

A hover preview would let the user quickly scan task details without opening them. Opening each task to view the notes and then having to choose to SAVE or CANCEL to avoid sending a notification to the assigned teammate is unnecessary.

Alternatively, displaying the NOTES capture in the initial task pane page could also serve this purpose, as shown in the screenshot.

This would save time when reviewing multiple tasks in the calendar view.

Example:

• Hover over an assigned task in the calendar view

• Show a small preview of the task notes already included

• No need to open the task; the user can then choose to click on the task to make an edit if needed.

This would be a very helpful feature.
