Some states/countries don't charge tax, or charge different taxes for stays that are 31+ days long. It would be great for hosts using Basic to have this settinsg option on Hospitable.com
For Direct basic, you can configure a tax to apply to all stays or only stays less than x days. If you are a Direct Premium user and taxes are calculated incorrectly for stays > 30 days, please reach out to support!

We need this! Our city charges TOT tax for stays 30 nights or less. So for stays 31 nights or greater there is no tax. Currently Hospitable Direct does NOT allow us to add this setting. NOTE: See how Airbnb does this
