Automated Teammate / Cleaner Smart Lock Codes
Automate the smart lock access code schedules for Teammates / Cleaners with access synced to tasks, including the ability to send the code in a teammate notification.
This would allow a teammate to have their own set code for a property that they can only use during their assigned task.

Hello,
Below is a screen shot of the locks we are giving up, due to no API for integration, regarding a cleaner with restricted access. Hate to lose this option but maybe you can add something similar to the queue if that option ever makes it to the development table. We are able to set overall access time limits per day, month, year for each person but also restrict the days within that period as well as the hour block that their codes will work during each approved day.
The code function mentioned below by another user where the cleaner/maintenance personnel codes would be disabled for properties when a guest is staying would be awesome too. We have 6 properties all of the same site and its very common for cleaners to have to call us to see if they can enter another property to get something that is missing in the house they are currently cleaning.
Thanks,
David

Hi @David
This is very closely aligned to what we are working on currently - essentially having operation codes that are only active during a task. So disabled during a reservation etc

Curious what the status of this update is? I have rental properties that have the same cleaners that clean other units in my building. On accident, they’ve entered properties mid stay when they were supposed to be cleaning the unit next door. I would like a way to automatically turn off their code or give them a code that works only when a guest code isn’t active.

this feature would be incredibly helpful, would use for management of all cleaning team access codes

Feedback from Host:
yes the code would be temporary, and the reason why is that I don’t want anyone else to have uncontrolled access to the house while the guest is staying. In other words, for security purposes.
For example the cleaner (or any teammate) could otherwise re-enter the house while the guest is staying there without notice or without getting my permission first.
The code being active from check out to next check in would be acceptable to me.
