• Teammates (cleaners, managers) can only access and complete tasks through the Tasks App at tasks.hospitable.com
• There is no mobile app within the main Hospitable app for teammates to view and complete tasks on their phones
• This creates friction for teammates who need to manage tasks on the go

• Teammates must open a web browser and navigate to tasks.hospitable.com to view and complete tasks
• This is inconvenient compared to having a native mobile app experience

• Integrate task viewing and completion functionality into the main Hospitable mobile app
