Teammate notifications and permissions

Use case: teammate schedules (particularly cleaners) are a deciding factor in accepting or denying early check-in, late check-out, or adding additional nights to a reservation.

Consider the ability to notify a teammate when any of those things are requested, and giving that teammate the permission to approve or deny that request.
