Teammate Task Limitations and Priority

I would like to prioritize teammates (primary/backup) and allow teammates to accept tasks for a certain period of time, so that I can assign new tasks to other teammates, if needed. Example, my cleaner can only accept new cleanings 2 weeks in advance, so that I can allow a different cleaner to accept cleanings beyond that point.
