Teammate Tasks: Optional vs. Required Tasks

Suggestion:
Currently, teammate tasks can be marked as done or undone before completing a job, but there is no way to designate certain tasks as required before a job can be marked as finished.

It would be helpful to introduce two types of tasks:

• Required tasks – must be checked off before a teammate can complete the job.

• Optional tasks – can be checked off when applicable but are not required to finish the job.

This would allow hosts and property managers to include tasks that only need to be completed under certain circumstances. For example, a cleaner could mark an optional task as completed when it was necessary during a particular turnover, providing visibility that the task was performed without preventing job completion when it wasn't needed.

This feature would improve workflow flexibility while still ensuring that critical tasks are always completed before a job is closed.
