Text message reminders to hosts for each guest

I'm finding it difficult to have reminders for each guest that requires something specific. Is there a way, to click on the guest, click on send text reminder for things like - pool heat/early checkin etc. It would be nice if there was a button under each guest when you click on them, for a text message reminder (to the host) that you can put in a few words and select a time/date of the text. This would be really handy with all our properties and guests.

    When you mention reminders here, are you specifically talking about reminders related to upsells?

      No. Like my message says above, I want to sent a text message - program the time, that will automatically send me a text or email message on a certain time/date to say turn on the pool heat for that specific guest, turn off the pool heat etc. We have so many guests/checkins, we can’t keep it straight without a good old pen an paper.
