Give us the option to toggle guest verification either system wide or hide it by user. We don’t want or need our Customer Service reps randomly requesting guest verification or even having that ability.
Hey @Scott McAdara , you can actually turn this permission off at the secondary user level. It’s under Inbox > Purchase Additional Services. If you toggle that off, that particular user won’t be able to purchase guest verifications.
