Transfer Calendar notes to Task notes automatically

I make notes under the booking in the calendar if the guest is requesting something or if batteries need to be changed out, etc. They should automatically be transferred to the note section in the Task for that cleaning. It is hard to toggle back and forth to transfer everything.
