I would love to see an option where after opening a message, you can mark it as unread. This would help in situations where you open a message but aren’t able to answer at the moment. Or if you open something that could be left for your coworker for the next day, etc.

    Hey @Alexa Needle ! While it’s not exactly the same concept, a lot of our customers use the “Resolve” functionality to keep a clean inbox. Adopting this might be helpful to you! If you’ve answered a message and it doesn’t need your attention anymore, you can resolve it by clicking this icon. If you’ve viewed the message but still need to address something later, don’t resolve it and it’ll remain visible from the Inbox view.

    Resolved messages can be marked unresolved anytime, and you can find them in your Inbox > Resolved.
