Ability to see your nightly rates in the metrics report separate from having to go to each reservation individually. For example, the ability to dive into a particular date range to see your nightly rate instead of the lump sum.

    Hi @Stacia Scaduto 👋

    The Metrics report has a KPI called ‘Avg. Nightly Rate’ which shows the average nightly rate for all reservations in the relevant date range. You can read more about Metrics here:
