AI-driven upsells
We want to be able to detect when a certain conditions meet on a host's account and notify them using Inbox notification so they upsell their guests on additional nights, discounts, airport drops, etc. when it's most relevant to the guest journey.

Would LOVE to have this! Currently have it as a separate page on my website which results in requiring 2 checkouts. So would love a seamless integration. (Also with the ability to route payouts to two different stripe accounts. Is that asking too much? 😜)

i see custom ability to offer an extra night when the night before is available or when the night after is available...........but i ONLY want it triggered for an orphan night. RIght now it's doing that even when I have 7 days available after or before. I only want to do this for orphan nights. are you doing that?

Orphan/gap night specific upsells is something that we targeted as a key upsell option. It’s coming soon!

Upsells for early check-in and late checkout are now live for Direct Premium reservations. Upsells happen in the Guest Portal and can be shared with guests using the new Smart Upsell short code in messaging rules and via Suggest with AI. More info

Would love to see an Upsell Portal that could be linked out to for Airbnb and VRBO bookings.
Direct booking only upsells doesn’t add any value for my property.
