Upsell Purchases Dashboard

Description: Currently, upsell purchases can only be viewed within individual Inbox conversations or indirectly through payouts, which makes it difficult to manage (

View, Filter, Mark Complete, and Clean Up) them efficiently—especially at scale.

There’s no central place in Hospitable where hosts can:

  • View all upsell purchases across reservations

  • Filter or sort purchases (e.g., by date, check-in, status)

  • Mark upsells as completed/fulfilled

  • Remove or clean up old upsell entries from view

Because of this, hosts are using the Inbox with filters (like “Upsells”), but this isn’t an ideal workflow since:

  • Conversations are not always shown in a clear order

  • Resolved threads still appear in filtered views

  • There’s no way to track fulfillment status

Suggested Solution: Create a dedicated Upsell Management Dashboard where hosts can:

  • See all upsell purchases in one place

  • Filter/sort by date, property, guest, or status

  • Mark upsells as completed / fulfilled

  • Optionally archive or hide completed/old entries

Use Case / Impact: Hosts offering add-ons (e.g., early check-in, late check-out, extras, services) need a clear operational view to track what has been delivered and what’s pending.

This would:

  • Improve operational efficiency

  • Reduce reliance on Inbox filtering workarounds

  • Help teams (cleaners, staff) stay aligned

  • Provide a much cleaner workflow for managing upsell fulfillment

Additional Context: Right now, there’s no built-in way to track or manage upsells beyond viewing them per reservation, which creates friction for hosts managing multiple bookings.
