[Urgent fix needed] Wrong Permission on Ruleset Update

Users with read-only access can view and manage rulesets (unsure about that, as we have not imported them yet) on the calendar. This should only be available to users with "Update availability and min stay" ✅.

    An update has been deployed. Now secondary users require Calendar: Display Pricing permission to view rule-sets.

    Secondary users require both Calendar: Update pricing and Calendar: Update availability & MNS to be able to manage rule-sets.
