UX interface feedback

I’m not sure if other hosts are the same, but one our most used features of hospitable is the centralized messaging. And in terms of hierarchy, the section we are often digging into is pending messages to make adjustments based on guest experiences, issues, etc… If a guest has an issue we want to fix subsequent messages so they’re appropriate for tone, content, etc…

I don’t love how that specific feature seems to be getting pushed deeper into the navigation. On mobile from the homescreen I now have to hit “menu>guest experience>messaging” then scroll over to pending messages which is now hidden from view. It’s behind custom codes, canned responses, rules, etc… which I now almost NEVER touch after it’s setup.

We may be an outlier, but when I saw you had recently made interface changes I thought “Oh good, maybe they made that more accessible” but it actually got further buried. I know there’s an art to a good nav but for our use at least, that feature should be at the top of the list, not the bottom.

My suggestion: if there was a way to cleanly integrate “pending/future” messages into the main messaging thread, that would be ideal. That way if an issue arises, it might also remind me to adjust future messaging appropriately if I see a notification that shows the next message in the queue.
