User Story:
My booking receives a wide spectrum of guest types and those that stay for a single night tend to leave the place in really good shape, creating a short cleaning.
Guess that stay multiple nights create a heavier duty cleaning that need more time to address, creating a hectic unexpected multi hour cleaning.
Being able to automatically block off nights following a multi-night stay to be sure that our cleaning team has the ability to return the unit to our standards
This would also help reduce revenue loss by allowing back to back stays if the first stay is for one night
Suggested modality:
Listing level setting under preparation time
Default state, current preparation time interface
New line under the current interface ‘add variable preparation time’
When variable preparation time is selected, a new line with two parameters comes up, length of stay and length of resulting preparation (eg. if stay is greater than ‘X’ nights, preparation time will be ‘Y’ nights)
The perfect version of this would be able to have multiple tiers of stay length defined (eg. If stay is 1 night 0 days prep, if stay is 4 nights, 1 day of prep, if stay is 30 days, 3 days of prep)
