View Property Owner Statements Directly from Property Page

Problem Statement:

• Currently, there is no way to view a property's owner statements directly from the Property page
• Users must navigate through Operations → Your Business → Statements to access owner statements
• Seeing only a property's statements (and not ALL property statements at once) is more efficient and less time-consuming. It helps a host narrow in on specific statements quickly.

Current Workaround:

• Users navigate through the Operations menu to reach the Statements section
• Some users bookmark direct statement links using statement IDs

Impact:

• Extra clicks and navigation time for every statement check
• Slower workflow when managing multiple properties
• Reduced efficiency compared to the previous version

Proposed Solution:

• Add a "Statements" link or section directly on the Property page, similar to the former version of Hospitable (ensuring the link does not take a user to ALL property statements and rather, only statements for that property.)
• It would be great if statements were separated by months (e.g., Property Page → Statements → list the months or just the current statement)

Unlock:

• Hosts would be able to quickly access property-specific statements from one click
• Faster, more efficient workflow for property management
• Improved user experience by reducing navigation steps
