Vrbo Rental Agreement Acceptance During Booking

Problem: Currently, Vrbo guests must sign rental agreements via a Hospitable link after booking. This is causing guests to ignore the messages, delay the signing process, and create more manual tracking work for hosts. It also results in a poor guest experience as access instructions are delayed.

Proposed Solution: Hospitable should work with Vrbo to bring back the option for guests to view and accept the rental agreement during the booking process.

Unlock: This would reduce administrative overhead for hosts and ensure guests have agreed to the terms before the booking is finalized, improving the overall experience.
