Webhook/Trigger for Cleaning Task Completion

Problem Statement:

• Hospitable currently has no webhook or notification event that fires when a cleaning task is marked as completed
• External systems cannot automatically detect when a cleaner finishes a job
• This creates a gap in automation workflows that depend on knowing when cleaning is done

Current Workaround:

• Manually checking the task status in Hospitable to see when cleaning is completed
• Sending guest messages based on timing rather than actual cleaning completion

Impact:

• Requires manual monitoring to know when cleaning is done
• Cannot automate guest notifications based on actual cleaning completion
• Limits integration possibilities with external systems

Proposed Solution:

• Add a webhook endpoint that triggers when a cleaning task is marked as completed
• Alternatively, add a trigger that can initiate automated guest messages when cleaning is completed

Unlock:

• External systems can automatically detect when cleaning is done
• Automated guest notifications can be sent based on actual cleaning completion
• Enables integration workflows that depend on cleaning completion events
