Specifically, this applies to the following categories: Facilities, Staff, and Services.

We’ve noticed that certain review identifiers, specifically Facilities, Staff, and Services, are appearing from our booking.com listings/reservations, even though these categories don’t apply to our property, and the services aren't offered. These identifiers can be misleading to guests and may potentially affect our review metrics. We’d like to request that they be hidden or removed, if possible, to ensure the accuracy and fairness of our reviews.
