🚀 Custom Questions | Ability to add custom keywords / questions (aka Bot)
The Questions feature could be a 🚀 game-changer, if we were able to add our own keywords instead of having to choose between the static one's provided.
I would like to add this passage to my check-in message: "For additional information, I have set up some short-codes that provide further details about the apartment when needed. For example: #wifi, #washingmachine, #restaurants, #tv, #cooking,... Just type them into the message thread here, and you will receive an automated response."
This is more of a 🤖 "bot-feature" than an "ai-feature". If this, than that.
Would love to see this feature.

PinnedWe’re upgrading the Knowledge Hub, which will unlock the ability to automatically answer any question that you add.

This is just like my request written specifically about being locked out (smartlock AI answers). Hoping it can be combined and expanded.

Essential to me, especially with guests being sent codes that don't work.

Love this! Along with this roadmap item, could you please expand the list of possible questions? I’ve put in a similar feature request itemizing many of them here:

New to STR (<6 months) and already had 3 inquiries about cameras on the property which indicates there is a concern with privacy. Assuming most STRs have security cameras of some sort, a customized auto-response could be beneficial.

We have the same questions being asked all the time. I would love to be able to customize my own questions and responses. Would make managing properties so much easier.

@Nik Logachev was going to literally say what you said. I actually would propose that keywords / questions are deprecated. With knowledge hub, it’s actually confusing why we still have them. ;)
