Smart scheduler for recurring tasks that are booking aware
Would love to be able to schedule recurring tasks like pest control and have the system be aware of bookings and schedule it on a day a guest is checking out so you can ensure a guest is not in the property.

Schedule aware tasks that don't block bookings
We have pest control and similar that are scheduled monthly, but we do not want to block a booking or prevent a booking. If a booking happens we want to be alerted to move the pest control or similar visit. We end up in a situation that we may end up getting a booking and then forget to reschedule pest control.

More Reoccurring Task Options
Can we please have more options for reoccurring task rules? For example I need to remember to change out the RO filters once a year but the maximum option for task rules is every 6 months. Having the option to add yearly maintenance tasks would be great! There’s no way I’m going to remember something like that 😂🫠

Yes! Love this one. We’ve got a project for “irregularly scheduled” tasks that we hope to get to after the major revamp of Operations and the ability to pay your own team via Hospitable.
