Short code for cancellation policy
Display a guest’s cancellation policy to them through a short code.
This would enable us to remind guests at the time of booking what cancellation policy they chose and make it easier for us to handle cancellation requests by quickly referencing the cancellation policy.

Cancelation Policy Shortcode
A cancelation policy shortcode is essential for every rental agreement to display detailed information regarding cancelation. Just had a guest, who had booked direct, cancel within our cancelation policy and disputed the charge with his credit card company. This could be avoided if the detailed cancelation policy could be dynamically populated via shortcode. As of right now, rental agreement is too generic.
