We can add users to hospitable to only let them view the calendar which is nice for the cleaners as the can make their planning easily this way.

It would be nice to see on dashboard (home page) the listings with checkouts of Today with their check-out times and maybe some other details: check-in times of new guests
Is this possible to quickly implement?


Because right now they look a their multicalendar and if there was last minute reservation late in the evening, they might still have the idea in the morning that there were only 2 apartments to do instead of 3 because the last time they've seen the calendar was before the last minute reservation.

This dashboard page would allow to avoid such mistakes.

And would be nice also to see the same for Tomorrow so they already will have an idea of their schedule for tomorrow.

Nice to have: Also it would be nice if they can click on the listing and 'say' the cleaning is done so an automatic message can be sent to they guests they can check-in sooner since the apartment is ready.

    An easier way for cleaners to manage their upcoming turnovers, whether those are same-day turnovers, and whether guests have requested an early check-in or even departed a property is essential. Feedback from my cleaner of just one property, but who manages 30 others after moving from Guesty For Hosts to hospitable is that she hates this new system.

    I think it’s unreasonable to ask a cleaner to download 30 different applications for 30 different owners’ systems as well, which makes having her set up Hospitable simply for my one property she is cleaning a nonstarter and a major downside liability for me as an owner if my cleaners decides she is better off dumping my property due to the complications created by Hospitable’s cleaner management.

    Ultimately, it would be great to have something as simple as a guest portal like experience where a cleaner enters a property specific ID to access a simple webpage of upcoming turnovers. Perhaps that could leverage something like the direct booking website or feed the existing ICS feed into a web parser?

    Already considering switching back to Turno for cleaner management, given the limitations of a Hospitable at this time.

    Ability to see number of checkouts of today and tomorrow

    For my cleaners it would be nice to see on their dashboard (home page) the listings with checkouts of today with their check-out times.

    And would be nice also to see the same for tomorrow.

    currently, if we share an ical with the cleaner, they can see guest name and contact info. We should have the ability to provide then an ical so they can see the entire calendar without this guest info.

    Then if we add them to to a task, they have no idea if it’s a same day turn or if they have more time to clean. We need a better way to share cleaning and check in /check out dates with our cleaners.
