Notify Host When A Scheduled Message Fails To Send either via email or push notification. This will help a host login and see possibly send the message manually if they need to.
When systems go down and automations are not sent out, it is very tedious to find the automation that wasn’t sent, copy it, find the reservation(s) that didn’t get it, paste it individually for each guest that did not receive. We need something that we can click on the automation message and choose which guests to send to.
