Improve visibility on Notes

I see there’s a note already on each thread but would it be possible to place the note within the thread or maybe some kind of like pin or any marking which can easily identify that there’s a note associated with a thread specially if it is really important in order not to missed out by another user who will be responding in the future.

    Please add an inbox filter for reservations with pets, reservations missing a signed RA, and reservations where the guest has NOT left a review.

    Pin a note

    Pin a note so it stays first in the message thread. Currently the note gets lost within the messages. If it’s something pertinent to their stay, I should be able to pin it so that when I open that message thread, I can quickly see the note.

    Also why is the note in the message thread not carried over to the reservation section?

    Please pin the note so it’s always at the bottom of the message thread.
