For Marketplace allow for a separate payment bank accounts per property

For a co-host who bills the owner directly for cleaning I would like to setup a different payment bank account per property. This would also benefit hosts using the Profit First methodology.

Per-Property Bank Account Assignment for Cleaning Payments

    Problem Statement:

    • Currently, cleaning tasks can only pull funds from a default account, a task rule account, or a per-task override
    • There's no way to automatically match the bank account to the property being cleaned
    • This creates manual overhead when managing multiple properties with separate bank accounts

    Current Workaround:

    • Manually selecting a different bank account for each individual cleaning task

    Impact:

    • Time-consuming manual work for each cleaning task
    • Risk of selecting the wrong bank account
    • Doesn't scale well as the number of properties grows

    Proposed Solution:

    • Allow users to assign a specific bank account to each property for cleaning payments
    • When a cleaning task is created for a property, automatically use that property's assigned bank account

    Unlock:

    • Automatic matching of cleaning payments to the correct property bank account
    • Reduced manual work and fewer errors
    • Scales seamlessly as you add more properties

Hi @Bridgett Clowers this is already possible to a degree. If you setup a task rule for each property and set that property’s bank account to the task rule, you should be running on auto-pilot after the initial setup. Does that do the trick for you? We’ve hesitated to run multi-property task rules with payments just because most properties pay different rates for tasks.
