Support EUR currency for Upsells

Problem statement

Hosts operating in the Eurozone cannot use the Upsells feature because it currently only supports USD, GBP, and AUD. This prevents hosts in Germany and other EUR-based markets from offering paid add-ons to their guests.

Current workaround

Hosts must either:

  • Manually collect payment for add-ons outside of Hospitable
  • Not offer upsells at all
  • Use a different currency and manually convert prices, which creates confusion for guests

Impact

  • Lost revenue opportunities from upsells
  • Additional manual work to process add-on payments
  • Poor guest experience due to currency confusion
  • Inability to use a core Hospitable feature in EUR markets

Proposed solution

Add EUR as a supported currency option for the Upsells feature, similar to how USD, GBP, and AUD are currently supported.

Unlock

Hosts in the Eurozone would be able to:

  • Offer automated upsells directly through Hospitable
  • Provide a seamless booking experience with prices in the guest's local currency
  • Increase revenue through add-on services without manual processing
  • Fully utilize Hospitable's upsells feature in EUR markets

    Add EUR (Euro) as a supported currency for upsells

    Problem Statement:

    • Upsells are not available in EUR currency
    • Customers on EUR billing cannot offer or purchase upsells in their local currency

    Current Workaround:

    • None — customers simply cannot use upsells in EUR

    Impact:

    • Lost revenue from EUR-based guests
    • Inconsistent pricing experience for European customers
    • Manual workarounds needed

    Proposed Solution:

    • Add EUR as a supported currency option for upsells in Hospitable's settings

    Unlock:

    • Hosts can offer upsells in EUR, providing a seamless experience for European guests and increasing upsell adoption

    Add CHF and EUR to upsell

    Hello,

    Could you add the upsells for CHF or EUR properties, even if payment is for now still in USD.
