Add easy ways to filter out payment columns in "Metrics".

In Metrics, it would be very helpful to get a glimpse of various net/grosses: such as:

• gross after taxes (platform-withheld or not)

• gross after platform commissions (still unsure if this is included — we never see a dime of that

• gross after cleaning fee (in many cases, cleaning fees are 100% of what we pay our cleaners, so this helps our own accounting)

Yes, we can do the work in Excel ourselves, but part of a good PMS software is not needing to.
