Custom Domain Sending for Guest-Facing Emails

Problem Statement:

  • Guest-facing emails (booking confirmations, inbox replies, etc.) currently come from the default Hospitable domain
  • Hosts who have configured a custom domain cannot send these guest emails from their own domain
  • This creates a fragmented brand experience for guests

Current Workaround:
