We would love to see the ability to begin editing our review before the guest stay is completed, or even early the day of checkout (through their stay would be ideal). Of course the review would not be submitted until after the guest checks out. I have multiple properties and it would be helpful to be able to make notes about positive or negative experiences as they occur, rather than trying to remember to add something to the review after the fact. This would enable me to provide more personalized feedback in my review. The way it is, something has to be extreme for me to remember to go back and find that persons chat after all the chat has been resolved.
