Expand Property Description Character Limits to Match Channel Maximums

Problem Statement

Hospitable currently limits the property Summary field to 500 characters, while Airbnb and other channels allow significantly more. This artificial restriction prevents hosts from fully utilizing available marketing space on their listings.

Current Workaround

Hosts must either accept a truncated description in Hospitable or edit the full description directly on Airbnb, creating inconsistency between platforms and additional manual work.

Impact

• Valuable marketing real estate is left unused
• Hosts cannot showcase their properties as effectively as competitors who use other tools or edit directly on channels
• Creates extra work to maintain descriptions across multiple platforms

Proposed Solution

Increase the character limit in Hospitable's property description editor (Summary field and related fields) to match the maximum allowed by each channel (e.g., Airbnb allows much more than 500 characters).
