Flagging bad guest in Hospitable
Is there a way in Hospitable to flag a bad guest so that if they try to book again there would be some type of warning?

Flagging Problematic Guests
We’d like to send automated messages to our great guests, encouraging them to return and stay with us again. However, we’d also like the ability to flag problematic guests to ensure they don’t receive these messages. Currently, we don’t have this feature, but it would be incredibly useful.

Hi Halara, did you know you can edit or cancel a scheduled message? When you realize you have a problematic guest, you can cancel your review request from the Inbox. We’re working on an AI-assisted upgrade for this to detect problematic guests for you and cancel your review request automatically.

Would be excellent if within this feature we can also block a guest from ever being able to rent at any of our properties again thru any platform.

It would also be really valuable to have this directly in Hospitable. More broadly, I think there’s a gap around having a consolidated guest directory, where you could see:
all reservations linked to the same guest
multiple contact details (email, phone, etc.)
and some lightweight internal notes or flags (e.g. past issues), handled carefully to avoid any misuse. The goal wouldn’t be to discriminate in any way, but simply to have better context and continuity when managing repeat guests.
