Hi! Issue Alert metrics are now included in the new Metrics experience — with widgets that show issue categories and severity, so you can easily track the types of issues that come up and how serious they are.

Great idea! We’re currently looking at a v2.0 of sentiment analysis that would give an aggregateview of issues by frequency and severity. Including them in Metrics is probably a nice quick win.
