Hello! Many of the requests mentioned here have since been released! I will mark this request as “complete” but I’ve noted a few things at the bottom which aren’t done yet, but will be worked on soon.
Alterations are automatically handled in owner statements
Refunds are automatically handled in owner statements, and if the refund happened after the payout (as an Adjustment like an Airbnb resolution, that’s handled too!)
All fees paid with the reservation are included, including Pet fees
You can create transactions (expenses) to charge or reimburse the owner. (e.g. pool cleaning, pest control)
