Owner paid expenses without creating a balance owed

Transactions: Expenses are paid by the Owner's own credit card. And the host wanted to see the said transactions to be visible in the Owner Portal without increasing the amount owed to the Manager. For commission-based, the host wants the nightly rate - discounts minus the host service fee for the nightly rate only (not the total host service fee).
