Reassign tasks

It would be nice to have a team of cleaners, that all tasks get assigned to but have appropriate permissions for that cleaning team to reassign tasks for just the properties the are assigned to. Today, you have to grant “update all tasks” for them to reassign, but that allows them to see all tasks for all properties. This should be limited to just their properties. Seems like a permissions tier problem.
