Show character count for property titles on each connected platform

Problem Statement

• Hospitable doesn't display a character count or limit indicator when editing the property title
• This applies across all connected platforms (Airbnb, Vrbo, etc.), each of which has its own character limit
• Users have no visibility into how many characters remain as they type

Current Workaround

• Users must type their title, attempt to save, and if it fails due to exceeding the limit, shorten it and try again
• This trial-and-error process is repeated for each platform

Impact

• Wasted time going back and forth trying to fit titles within platform limits
• Frustration and confusion when titles are silently truncated or rejected
• Inconsistent property titles across platforms due to different character limits

Proposed Solution

• Display a character count (e.g., "45/50 characters") when editing the property title in Hospitable
• Show the character limit specific to each connected platform
