Simplify Task Creation without Calendar and add Photos

Tasks should be much easier to create and view.

I think having its own tab and a simple + button to then select the property and even device if it’s time sensitive to choose start/stop vs non urgent so the assignee can go when convenient based on availability.

I think going to calendar each time is a lot of work and it’s difficult to even navigate to if we use it consistently.

Additionally it’s super important to have ability to add photos and even video if possible to show/explain problem.
