Guest Phone Number Sync

A nice improvement natively within the platform would be a way to sync the guests phone number to my iCloud contacts. I get so many spam calls, I’d like my phone to show that it’s a guest calling/ texting so I know to answer. I hacked it through Zapier and Google contacts, but it would be nice to have that built into the app.

    Sync guest phone numbers to Mailchimp via integration

    Problem statement:

    • The current Mailchimp integration only syncs email addresses, not phone numbers
    • 99% of guests come from Airbnb and Booking.com, which don't reliably share emails
    • This makes the integration largely ineffective for building a usable contact list

    Current workaround:

    • Exporting guest data (including phone numbers) as CSV from Hospitable Metrics
    • Manually importing phone numbers into Mailchimp

    Impact:

    • Time-consuming manual work to maintain contact lists
    • Inability to leverage phone numbers for marketing campaigns
    • Limited effectiveness of the Mailchimp integration for this use case

    Proposed solution:

    • Extend the Mailchimp integration to sync guest phone numbers in addition to email addresses

    Unlock:

    • Automatic syncing of both emails and phone numbers to Mailchimp
    • Ability to build and use a reliable contact list for marketing campaigns
    • Full utilization of the Mailchimp integration for this business
