Ability to communicate with teammates via Whatsapp would be a great addition to the email and SMS methods that are currently supported.

Right now when we send an alteration notification only the new dates are shown. It would be beneficial to show the original dates so that any team member may be able to go back and adjust their schedule. For larger hosts with many properties this would be a great benefit. This could be a short code or automatically added.

If a cleaner for example cannot preform a task, it would be great if they could indicate that and the task could be reassigned, triggering new notification rules to the new task owner.

For example replies to SMS messages can be seen in a single place.

Hospitable should have the ability to send Daily Digest email to specified teammate and/or users. Also, users should have the ability to specify which time it should be sent to that teammate/user.

Currently, Hospitable has two areas to involve teams (for example cleaning people). One is "Teammates" under Operations, which is focused on sending email and SMS notifications. User management was also released to allow invited people to access your Hospitable account (and have access to the Calendar, and other areas of the product. This item would be supporting the consolidation of User management and Operations teammates together, to improve the ease to include your teams to Hospitable, to both receive notifications and get access to your Hospitable account together.

Have the ability to set conditions for task rules, such as whether there is a same-day check-in for a check-out task. A sample use case would be that a task to close the room is needed if there is no same day turnover).

Similar to scheduled messages for guests, the user should have the option to set a specific duration for an Operations notification, and/or the option to exclude last minute bookings

A recurring email similar to the Daily Task Summary that gets sent to teammates a few days before the start of the week that shows them all check-ins and check-outs across properties—to help them plan more.

We’d love to see an inventory management feature added to Hospitable to help streamline operations across our properties. Here’s what we’d find most useful: 1. Barcode scanning via mobile to track and perform stocktakes of items like furnishings, consumables, cleaning supplies, linen, and products for sale. 2. Ability to assign item locations (e.g., under-stair cupboard, cleaning caddy, bedroom drawer) to help teams locate things quickly. 3. Support for multiple inventory categories – furnishings, consumables, linen, cleaning products, and items available for guests to purchase. 4. Ability to set minimum stock levels and receive alerts or tasks when restocking is required. 5. Mobile-first design so cleaners or property managers can update inventory on the go during turnovers. 6. Optional reporting or export feature to track consumption, loss, or movement between properties.

A user may want to create additional roles such as Chef, Masseuse, etc

For bigger jobs and anytime teammates work on a team for a single tasks, users should be able to assign a task to more than one teammate.

It would be great if team members could create their own calendar or import a calendar that would allow them to be assigned tasks based on availability.

Keep the upcoming tasks on the Hospitable dashboard until midnight of the day of the task so that managers and cleaners can see them even after the task start time has passed.

Color-coding icon attached to the task in the task calendar, to visually distinguish between different cleaners, so that I may better balance the workload amongst my team at a glance.

Hide the guest names in the reservation calendar to comply with GDPR. I don’t wanna share all guest names with my 3rd party cleaning service

Since custom upsells usually typically create a task, it would be great to automatically assign a task to teammate. For example…we would like to offer guests the ability to order and have bundles of firewood delivered. If guest orders firewood, would be great to assign to the firewood delivery vendor so they can deliver it.
