Ability to communicate with teammates via Whatsapp would be a great addition to the email and SMS methods that are currently supported.

Cleaner App: Tasks checklist

Allow teammates to check off compelted task list items, or mark them as not possible, cancelled, etc. This checklist and line item statuses should be visible to the primary account holder.

Payments for Cleaners or Operations Teammates

Set commissions and automate payments to cleaners or other operations teammates based on tasks assigned.

Show original dates in Team "Alteration" and "Task Updated" Notificati

Right now when we send an alteration notification only the new dates are shown. It would be beneficial to show the original dates so that any team member may be able to go back and adjust their schedule. For larger hosts with many properties this would be a great benefit. This could be a short code or automatically added.

Create inbox or other solution, so communication with operations team can be seen in one place

For example replies to SMS messages can be seen in a single place.

Ability to have a teammate indicate they cannot preform a task and have it reassigned

If a cleaner for example cannot preform a task, it would be great if they could indicate that and the task could be reassigned, triggering new notification rules to the new task owner.

Send Daily Digest email to specified team members and/or users

Hospitable should have the ability to send Daily Digest email to specified teammate and/or users. Also, users should have the ability to specify which time it should be sent to that teammate/user.

Consolidate User management and Operations Teammates together

Currently, Smartbnb has two areas to involve teams (for example cleaning people). One is "Teammates" under Operations, which is focused on sending email and SMS notifications. User management was also released to allow invited people to access your Smartbnb account (and have access to the Calendar, and other areas of the product. This item would be supporting the consolidation of User management and Operations teammates together, to improve the ease to include your teams to Smartbnb, to both receive notifications and get access to your Smartbnb account together.

Create a new notification rule triggered whenever a review is received

Create a new notification rule to trigger a new email or SMS to teammates, as soon as a new review has been received from a guest.

Task rule conditions: same day turnover

Have the ability to set conditions for task rules, such as whether there is a same-day check-in for a check-out task. A sample use case would be that a task to close the room is needed if there is no same day turnover).

Share reviews to teammates to manage their performance

Share the review to cleaners that have contributed (or have been assigned) to that reservation (or task) to help them understand how they performed.

Cleaning Completed: Cleaner notifications

Would like to have the cleaning task to be marked completed when done. Then we could let the guest know or offer early check in.

Improved task summary emails

A recurring email similar to the Daily Task Summary that gets sent to teammates a few days before the start of the week that shows them all check-ins and check-outs across properties—to help them plan more.

Allow hosts to control the information shared with teammates using the ical links

"Provide option (or additional iCal link) that limits sensitive information with teammates, such as guest contact info, in iCal link/calendar".

Teammate availability for more efficient task assignment

It would be great if team members could create their own calendar or import a calendar that would allow them to be assigned tasks based on availability.

Permissions: Hide guest names to comply with GDPR

Hide the guest names in the reservation calendar to comply with GDPR. I don’t wanna share all guest names with my 3rd party cleaning service

Operations: Tasks remain on dashboard until end of day

Keep the upcoming tasks on the Hospitable dashboard until midnight of the day of the task so that managers and cleaners can see them even after the task start time has passed.

Change task titles on iCal feed

Have the ability to modify the event names or titles in the iCal for tasks

Color-code teammate icons on the task calendar

Color-coding icon attached to the task in the task calendar, to visually distinguish between different cleaners, so that I may better balance the workload amongst my team at a glance.

Add a yearly option for recurring tasks

Currently we have only weekly and monthly. Add yearly for those infrequent tasks.
